All registration orders are subject to eligibility. If the purchaser is not eligible for registration at the time the order is placed, the purchaser will not be eligible for a refund.
Registration is only available to medical students enrolled in Canadian medical schools. Registrants who place their order will receive confirmation via e-mail. Please check your junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
No Refunds/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. If an exchange is made in error, the purchaser must contact the CFMS main office at 1-613-565-7740.
All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.

Only employees and volunteers who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
