About the CFMS

The CFMS is an organization representing over 8,000 medical students from 15 Canadian medical student societies from coast to coast. We represent medical students to the public, to the federal government, and to national and international medical organizations.

PRESS RELEASE: By-Election Results for the 2022-23 CFMS Board of Directors

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

September 5, 2022 - The Canadian Federation of Medical Students (CFMS) is proud to announce the election of the remainder of the 2022-23 Board of Directors by the membership at our Special General Meeting held virtually August 7, 2022. CFMS congratulates all candidates who stood for nomination. The Directors of Indigenous Health positions will be reassessed and filled at a later date after the board is able to hold consultations with key stakeholders. Your 2022-2023 CFMS Board of Directors looks forward to an exciting year ahead.
