Please complete the application forms (linked below) for each position and portfolio you are interested in applying to. NOTE: there are standardized questions at the beginning of each form, and you will need to submit a separate form for each position you are applying to, so if you are applying to more than one portfolio please save your answers on a Word document to save you time.
Application Forms (English and French included):
For any positions that require an interview, the respective Portfolio Director will contact you to schedule an interview. For all other positions, the portfolios selections committee will review the application and evaluate based on a matrix looking at key attributes (unless otherwise noted in the Position Description Sheet). All candidates will be notified whether or not they receive a position. We encourage ALL students to apply, especially students who are from a traditionally underrepresented group within medicine and medical leadership and whether you have previous experience within the CFMS or not.

Veuillez remplir les formulaires de candidature (lien ci-dessous) pour chaque portefeuille auquel vous souhaitez postuler. REMARQUE : il y a des questions standardisées au début de chaque formulaire, et vous devrez soumettre un formulaire séparé pour chaque poste auquel vous postulez, donc si vous postulez à plus d’un portefeuille/poste, veuillez enregistrer vos réponses sur un document Word pour gagner du temps.
Formulaires de candidature (anglais et français inclus):
Pour tous les postes qui nécessitent une entrevue, le directeur de portefeuille respectif vous contactera pour planifier une entrevue. Pour tous les autres postes, le comité de sélection des portefeuilles examinera la candidature et l’évaluera en fonction d’une matrice examinant les attributs clés (sauf indication contraire dans la fiche de description de poste). Tous les candidats seront avisés s’ils obtiennent ou non un poste. Nous encourageons TOUS les étudiants à postuler, en particulier les étudiants qui appartiennent à un groupe traditionnellement sous-représenté au sein de la médecine et de la direction médicale et que vous ayez ou non une expérience antérieure au sein du FEMC.
